Its connection to the divine is often noted, linked to higher spiritual realms, and it is used in practices for cleansing, protection, and strengthening spiritual connections.

Cornflowers are used for their traditional medicinal benefits in soothing eye irritations, promoting digestion, and acting as a mild diuretic. The blue petals are edible and can be used as a garnish in salads and other dishes or steeped in hot water to make a tea.

Directions: Allow to smoulder and fill your space with the heady purifying scent. These leaves are versatile and can be used as desired. Light a small mound in a heat-proof burning dish or add to lit charcoal disc. Add to a fire pit for an aromatic boost. Be careful with fire and never leave burning herbs alone.

Burn your Cornflowers in a well-ventilated area. Always use with a fire-safe holder or bowl and place on a level, heat resistant surface. Ensure ash and embers are caught safely. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or suffer from asthma or other respiratory issues. Never leave burning herbs unattended.
