Although this is used as an ingredient in making chocolate, please note that this is cacao mass, this product is not to be mistaken as chocolate.
These Cacao wafers are little better on the pocket and are cheaper that ceremonial but we think they tase just as good as each other, we always give gratitude when making our cacao and stir with intention giving blessings.
Note that this cacao mass/liquor/paste is made from roasted cacao beans. This is not a ceremonial graded Cacao but is a 100% criollo Cacao single source. If is in a wafer/drop form rather that the ceremonial chunks from the block. (we do sell ceremonial if preferred)
