Myrrh smells like a warm resin with aromatic wood undertones. Its medicinal scent is closest to frankincense with sweet amber and pine sap scent differentiation.

Some people also describe the myrrh as sharp or astringent, but everyone has a different scence to most resin profiles. 

Use the resin on its own as incense, it blends well with other herbs and resins, a little goes along way. 

Personally I find some pure resins doesn't burn as fast or furious as some others on it's own but what it does do is have a subtle, longer scent that is a must for mixing with other amazing pure incense or straight on charcoal.
