Sacred Compass New Moon Journey.
Join Matt from thesoulcompass.co.uk and Ian from sacredsmoke.co.uk for Sacred Compass…… an evening of meaningful intention setting, drumming and a drum journeying. We gather at Earthen Holistics under the New moon.
Matt and Ian have created this gathering to bring like-minded souls together, to offer a beautiful, informal but carefully curated space, where we'll start with Cacao or Herbal tea and intention setting for the New Moon. Here, we can take the time to explore, share and commit to those meaningful intentions. This will be followed by some drumming to loosen the mood and bring us into the here and now with the expression of the drum's heartbeat and energy.
We will then guide you into a Drum Journey, where you will be supported by Matt as your guide for this powerful Journey. Once we all return, we can reflect and share journeys if you choose or just sit and self-reflect, if you prefer. Journaling is always a great way to record your evening, so please feel free to bring your journal or notebook to record.
We are initially keeping this as an open circle gathering on the New Moon to bring us all together and most importantly, bringing in community and connection.
Duration is approx 2 hours with a 7pm start but feel free to arrive from 6:45pm.
Spaces are limited 10 maximum.
Come as you are and bring your drum, a mat, cushion & blanket if you'd prefer to lie down for the drum journey, although there are different seats and cushions in the shop to sit on if you prefer.
Please do let us know if you have any pre-existing medical conditions where Cacao or Drumming would create contraindications and reach-out before the gathering, so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
Unfortunately the shop space is not full accessible due to a couple of small steps down.
Options to pay in advance or on the day, payment in advance carries a 50p charge to cover the transaction charges or no charge for pay on the day. The shop receives no payment from practitioners for the use of our space.
