Sacred Compass Men's Full Moon Meditation and drum Circle.
Join Matt from thesoulcompass.co.uk and Ian from sacredsmoke.co.uk for Sacred Compass…… an evening of drumming and deep guided meditation We gather at Earthen Holistics under the Full moon Monday 26th October and every Full Moon thereafter.
Matt and Ian have created this gathering to bring like-minded souls together, to offer a beautiful, informal but carefully curated space, where we'll start with Cacao or Herbal tea on arrival, followed by some simple drumming to loosen the mood. We will then do a 4 card pull for the 28 day lunar cycle from the powerful Spirit Medicine deck, leading into a Guided Meditation dedicated to the first card of the pull. We shall then deep dive into a drum journey or drumming circle.
We are keeping this initially as an open circle gathering on the Full Moon to bring us all together and most importantly bringing in the forgotten Men's community and connection. This isn't an ego driven rowdy get together but a space where men can gather talk or just be in company of others, no pressure no judgement, a place to just be.
Duration is approx 2 hours with a 7pm start but feel free to arrive from 6:45pm.
Spaces are limited 10 maximum.
Come as you are and bring your drum, a mat, cushion & blanket if you'd prefer to lie down for the Mediation and drum journey, although there are different seats and cushions in the shop to sit on if you prefer.
Please do let us know if you have any pre-existing medical conditions where Cacao or Drumming would create contraindications and reach-out before the gathering, so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
Unfortunately the shop space is not fully accessible due to a couple of small steps down.
Options to pay in advance or on the day, payment in advance carries a 50p charge to cover the transaction charges or no charge for pay on the day. The shop receives no payment from practitioners for the use of our space.
